Valerie is a French Canadian who went to St. Paul in Ottawa where she received her license in Canon Law in 2006. She work as a Judge in Grand Rapids Michigan for 5 years and was hired in 2012 to work in her current position as the moderator and judge for the Tribunal for the Catholic Diocese of Charleston SC. She is married and the mother of 2 children.
