About Mike Koley Since January of 2018, Mike Koley, a native of Omaha, NE., has been the Executive Director of FOCCUS Marriage Ministries, an international ministry of the Archdiocese of Omaha. FOCCUS’s mission is to help engaged couples prepare for holy, happy marriages and married couples to strengthen their marriages. Mike is so grateful to serve in this ministry, and it has been an answer to many years of prayer. Mike has been married to his high school sweetheart, Molly, for 34 years. They have six grown children and four grandchildren. Mike deeply cherishes his Catholic faith. At one point in Mike’s life he left the Catholic church to become an evangelical Christian, but through much prayer, struggles and research, Mike found his way back into the Catholic faith. He has worked over 30 years in small business and large corporate settings at Koleys Inc., First Data Corporation, and GiftCertificates.com. Mike’s business experience includes product/business development, operations, finance and project management. Mike has his bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Nebraska Omaha.
